Be Industrious

This one is dedicated to the people who would rather work for their keep rather than work harder in not working.

Be Industrious is the 16th precept in the book The Way to Happiness. Industrious means: applying oneself with energy to study or work; actively and purposefully getting things done; opposite of being Idle and accomplishing nothing.

It tough when you have people who don't pull their own weight. That puts the burden on others. Truthfully, morale is boosted to high heights by accomplishments. In fact, it could be demonstrated that production is the basis of morale. So if we all take our share of the load, thing will work out for the benefit of all.
